While our base is in Edinburgh, we work in a customer centric and agile environment, meaning that our working practices adjust to global requirements. Our people represent us wherever they are, and as the world readjusts to the change of working practices that have developed, so we are evaluating where and how we work.

Currently we see the need for people to work in collaborative situations in the physical space, but we also recognise that remote, hybrid, or flexible practices can all have their place.
